Maumoon Foundation Awards Scholarship to MNU Student Aishath Eanash

Malé, Maldives — The Maumoon Foundation (TMF) is proud to announce that Aishath Eanash, a student at the Maldives National University (MNU), has been awarded the Maumoon Foundation Scholarship.

Last year, the Foundation’s Chairman announced the restart of TMF’s scholarship programs, with the first award granted to a deserving student at the Islamic University of Maldives (IUM). Building on this initiative, the Chairman has now also announced plans to relaunch the foreign scholarship program to provide Maldivian students with opportunities to study abroad.

This year’s scholarship opportunity was publicly announced by MNU and TMF, inviting applications from students commencing their studies this year. Aishath Eanash applied, and the selection process was conducted by the Scholarship Committee of MNU, which evaluated candidates based on academic excellence, potential, and commitment to their field of study.

The scholarship was formally awarded by Dunya Maumoon, member of the TMF Executive Committee and former Foreign Minister of the Republic of Maldives
